Our custom handmade sliding barn doors and barn door packages fit into just about any decor... from rustic farmhouse to modern decor. They are sure to draw attention and are an eye popping focal point in your home. Barn doors are excellent for bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, media rooms, laundry rooms and pantries.

~ Barn Door Construction ~
We start by hand selecting each board from a small family ran lumber mill. We commonly use pine, however cedar, oak and alder are also available for an additional cost. We take pride in the details of creating a unique, custom piece for you...we sand and stain each board prior to construction. When building your sliding barn door we use both wood glue and screws (not visible from front) for durability and longevity. We stain both sides of your wood door however pattern/design and hand forged iron clavos are only on one side leaving the screws visible in back. We'll gladly sink screws and fill for an addl' $40. PLEASE NOTE: Wood fill for holes will still be slightly noticeable as the fill doesn't stain exactly like real wood.
~ Sliding Door Finish ~
Single stain or double stain included in price (custom Beachwood Gray, White Distressed stains are an addl' $25). We want your sliding barn door to be a fully custom piece and we give you the option of how your sliding door is sealed. We normally use polyurethane however we also offer a wax finish. Wax is wonderfully durable and leaves the wood feeling like, well wood! Please note on order if you prefer poly otherwise wax will be applied. Installation holes are not pre drilled, this is something I normally advise doing when barn door hardware is installed. Basic tools needed to install hardware; Drill, bits, level and ratchet are helpful. Any other questions, please ask!
Doors shown: (2) 84"x36" Horizon style doors finished in Provincial stain and embellished with 1" black iron barn door clavos. Please review listing photos for exact hardware included. Other hardware is available for an additional cost.

We strive to construct your order as quickly as possible, however orders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis and can take up to 20 business days to ship. Need a rush and need it sooner than that? Ask about expediting your order. NOTE: Our lead time is currently 4-6 weeks. If you have a "need by" date your working against, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Shipping is generally $150 for larger doors, 84x36. Custom door orders with larger dimensions would ship freight and are more expensive. PLEASE contact us prior to ordering with your zip code, so we can provide an accurate shipping quote... Barn doors are heavy and considered an oversize item. If you opt to order without quote, we will convo you if charges are under or exceed standard shipping amount. If shipping to your location is under our standard fee, we will REFUND you any amount over .99 cents! Want to use your own shipping account? No problem, we'll have your item packaged and ready for pick up on an agreed upon date!
~ Our preferred method of payment is PayPal but we do accept POSTAL Money Orders, too.

To pay via Postal Money Order: Click “Pay with Money Order” and an address will be provided to remit payment. PLEASE NOTE: Orders are not started until payment is received. As soon as payment reaches us, we will note your order and construction will begin!

We ship USPS Priority so many items will be received within a few days of being shipped. Large items will be sent FedEx.
YOU can choose to make shipping arrangements and we will have your order packed and ready for pick up on the agreed upon date. Please message us prior to purchase so we can remove shipping fees for you!!
If you want your order FASTER…Please convo us for a Priority Mail Shipping quote prior to purchase! We are happy to adjust the shipping fees accordingly.
We set up our listings so they automatically COMBINE SHIPPING whenever possible.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
~ Our GOAL is for you to be 100% satisfied, 100% of the time with outstanding craftsmanship, great service and communication! If you are dissatisfied with your order, please let us know so we can assist you.
RETURNS: We offer returns on UNFINISHED standard listings. Due to the nature of custom finishes, custom dimensions and building to suit, we do not offer returns on stained/painted or customized items. HOWEVER, should you have any issues with your order please contact us for a solution!
Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of an order being placed. Due to orders being constructed and fulfilled in different stages, cancellations after 7 days are not accepted. Should you have any issues with your order, need a change of size or finish, please contact us directly so we can work on a resolution.
We CANNOT process returns on custom listings or personalized items, as we are unable to re-stock them into inventory.
CUSTOM Orders are always WELCOMED...If you have an idea just message us and we'll be happy to provide you with a quote and construct it for you. If you see something in our shop, but prefer a different size, please CONVO us!
